| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 | small | Clove of garlic |
| 1 | can | (8 oz) tomato sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parsley |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| 8 | ounces | Spaghetti; cooked & drained |
| 2 | cups | Cottage cheese |
| 8 | ounces | Mozzarella cheese; sliced |
| ½ | cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef, onion, garlic and drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, parsley, oregano. In a 8X12-inch shallow pan, layer spaghetti, meat sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and finally top with Parmesan cheese.
