2 tablespoons | Butter |
1 medium | Onion; chopped |
1 can | (10oz) tomatoes with green chilis |
1 can | (10oz) tomatoes; diced |
1 can | (8oz) tomato sauce |
1 pack | Taco seasoning mix |
15 \N | Flour tortilla |
1 pounds | Monterey jack cheese; grated |
1½ cup | Sour cream |
1⅔ cup | Fresh parmesan cheese; grated |
¼ cup | Ripe olives; sliced |
Brown meat and onion in butter. Mix tomatoes and taco seasonings. Stir in meat. Simmer 30 minutes. In 8x12 inch pan put a layer of tortillas, top with meat sauce, cheese, sour cream, and parmesan. make three layers. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with olives.
