Lasagna ole

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground round
2 tablespoons Butter
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 can (10oz) tomatoes with green chilis
1 can (10oz) tomatoes; diced
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
1 pack Taco seasoning mix
15 \N Flour tortilla
1 pounds Monterey jack cheese; grated
1½ cup Sour cream
1⅔ cup Fresh parmesan cheese; grated
¼ cup Ripe olives; sliced

Brown meat and onion in butter. Mix tomatoes and taco seasonings. Stir in meat. Simmer 30 minutes. In 8x12 inch pan put a layer of tortillas, top with meat sauce, cheese, sour cream, and parmesan. make three layers. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with olives.
