Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground round |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | can | (10oz) tomatoes with green chilis |
| 1 | can | (10oz) tomatoes; diced |
| 1 | can | (8oz) tomato sauce |
| 1 | pack | Taco seasoning mix |
| 15 | Flour tortilla | |
| 1 | pounds | Monterey jack cheese; grated |
| 1½ | cup | Sour cream |
| 1⅔ | cup | Fresh parmesan cheese; grated |
| ¼ | cup | Ripe olives; sliced |
Directions
Brown meat and onion in butter. Mix tomatoes and taco seasonings. Stir in meat. Simmer 30 minutes. In 8x12 inch pan put a layer of tortillas, top with meat sauce, cheese, sour cream, and parmesan. make three layers. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with olives.
