Kreplach - chicken liver filling

2Hard-boiled egg yolks
1teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper

Directions

Cook the livers and onions in the fat for 10 minutes, mixing frequently. Grind or chop the livers, onions, eggs, salt and pepper.
