Kreplach - cheese-potato filling

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Minced onions
3 tablespoons Butter
1½ cup Mashed potatoes
½ cup Pot cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 \N Egg
\N \N Sour cream
