|1 cup||White vinegar|
|1 cup||Brown sugar, packed|
|½ teaspoon||Ground ginger|
|⅛ teaspoon||Ground red pepper|
|1 cup||Cooking apple, peeled and chopped|
|½ cup||Sweet onions, thinly sliced|
|¼ \N||Lemon, thinly sliced|
|1½ cup||Kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan; cook over low heat until mixture is reduced to 1 cup. Add apple and next 3 ingredients; cook 10 minutes. Stir in kiwifruit; bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool. Cover & chill. Serve with poultry, pork or ham.
