Banana daiquiri

| 1½ | ounce | Light rum |
| 1½ | ounce | Banana liqueur |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 2 | teaspoons | Superfine sugar |
| 6 | Ice cubes | |
| 2 | slices | Banana |
Directions
Place banana, rum, banana liqueur, lemon juice, sugar and ice cubes in food processor or blender. Process until ice is crushed and banana is smooth. Pour into 2 stemmed glasses. Garnish each with banana slice.
