Ketchup meat loaf

Ingredients

| ¾ | kilograms | Lean minced beef |
| 1 | cup | Soft bread crumbs |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ⅓ | cup | Tomato ketchup |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onions |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
Directions
Combine ingredients, mix well, bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Makes great sadwiches! Just slice when the loaf is cold. Recipe by my future mother in-law, Joan MacNab.
