Katie stapleton's colorado cantaloupe soup

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Jim Vorheis
1 \N Ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
½ cup Dry sherry
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice

Put all ingredients into food processor or blender and mix well. Chill covered in refrigerator. Blend again before serving to mix together.
