Minted cantaloupe dessert soup

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Orange Juice |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lime Juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Mint Extract |
| 2 | teaspoons | Powdered Sugar |
| 8 | ounces | Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Plain Nonfat Yogurt |
| Mint Sprigs; Optional | ||
Directions
Place 3 cups cantelope and next 3 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Add ramining 3 cups cantaloupe; process until smooth.
Combine the cantaloupe mixture, powdered sugar, and vanilla yogurt in a large bowl, and stir well with a whisk.
Cover and chill. Garnish each serving with a plain yogurt swirl and a ming sprig, if desired.
