Ingredients

| 1 | can | Coconut milk (14oz) |
| 4 | Eggs -- well-beaten | |
| ½ | cup | Sugar -- granulated |
| ¼ | cup | Milk -- evaporated |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine coconut milk, eggs, sugar and evaporated milk. Pour into a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until it becomes a smooth sauce. Pour slowly into a 9x9 pan and bake about 30 minutes at 350F.
