2. In a medium bowl, combine milk, creme de menthe, and pudding mix. 
Beat with electric mixer on low speed 1 min. Fold in whipped cream until well blended.
3. Turn mixture into crumb crust, spreading evenly. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer, until set. Top with whipped cream and shave chocolate. Refrigerate any leftovers.
