No-crust coconut custard pie

Ingredients

¾Stick butter
2tablespoonsFlour
cupSugar
1can(large) evaporated milk
3Eggs; beaten
1teaspoonVanilla
1can(3.5-oz) coconut

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9-inch pie pan that has been heavily greased & floured. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Loosen edges & serve warm.
