No-crust coconut custard pie

Ingredients

| ¾ | Stick butter | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | can | (large) evaporated milk |
| 3 | Eggs; beaten | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | can | (3.5-oz) coconut |
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9-inch pie pan that has been heavily greased & floured. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Loosen edges & serve warm.
