Kahlua-glazed bananas

| 4 | smalls | Firm ripe bananas, peeled (1-1/4 pounds) |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Instant coffee granules |
| ⅓ | cup | Firmly packed brown sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Reduced-calorie stick margarine |
| ¼ | cup | Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur |
| 1⅓ | cup | Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt |
Directions
Cut each banana in half crosswise, and cut each piece in half lengthwise.
Set banana pieces aside.
Bring water to a boil in a large nonstick skillet. Add the coffee granules, brown sugar, and margarine; reduce heat to medium, and cook until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Add banana pieces; cook 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove from heat, and stir in Kahlua. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 4 banana pieces, 2-½ tablespoons sauce, and ⅓ cup frozen yogurt).
