Glazed banana chips

\N \N Lemon juice
\N \N Sugar
\N \N Cinnamon

From: "<Judy Garrison>" <bluj@...> Date: Fri, 9 Aug 1996 17:54:56 PST Slice bananas ⅛ inch thick into lemon juice. Drain with paper towel.

Remove from juice and arrange on tray. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Dry to shiny crispness. (about 1½ to 2 days) Remember to rotate trays every 18 hours or so.
