|6 tablespoons||Instant coffee|
|2 teaspoons||Vanilla extract|
Dissolve sugar in water and boil a few minutes. Add vanilla bean (broken) or extract. Dissolve coffee in ¼ cup boiling water and cool. Add to the sugar mixture. Add vodka; bottle, & let stand at least 2 weeks. The longer it stands the thicker it becomes.
