Kahlua (about 18 quarts)

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Boiling water
3 cups Sugar
2 ounces Instant coffee
2 cups Brandy
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Dissolve the coffee in the boiling water, add sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.

Add the brandy to the cooled liquid (The alcohol will evaporate in hot liquid) and add the vanilla. Pour into bottles, put on a label, and put on the shelf.

*note: add to hot water for non-alcoholic version.
