|3 pounds||Fryer; cut up|
|1 can||Golden Mushroom soup|
|1 \N||Envelope onion Cup-A-Soup|
Place one half can of mushroom soup in the bottom of a 2 quart oblong baking dish. Place chicken pieces, skin side down, with thicker portions to outside of dish. Spread remaining soup on top. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at medium high (70%) 5 minutes. Turn chicken over, placing thicker portions to outside edge of dish. Spoon sauce over chicken.
Sprinkle Cup~A-Soup over top. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) until chicken is tender, 7 to 9 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 4 generous portions.
