2 \N | Chicken breasts, skinned |
1 cup | Rice, uncooked |
1 can | Mushroom soup (condensed) |
2 cups | Chicken broth |
\N \N | Mushrooms, to taste |
½ cup | Dry white wine or sherry |
Put rice in bottom of a baking pan. Measure 1 cup of undiluted soup into a saucepan; set the rest aside. Mix broth and soup together and bring to a boil. Pour over the rice.=14 =14 Lay chicken breasts on top, add mushrooms, then sprinkle the whole thing with wine. Cover with a lid or foil and bake at 400 until rice is tender and chicken is golden.
