My easiest chicken recipe

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Cloves garlic crushed or 1 tsp garlic powder; up to 3
2 smalls Onions quartered
¼ cup Soya sauce
\N \N Water to dilute soya sauce; (make up to 1/3 cup)
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Turmeric

FOR EACH CHICKEN

Put all ingredients into an oven bag and shake up. Trim excess fat from chicken. Add whole chicken (and potato pieces if you want). Seal and shake to cover chicken. Bake sealed for 45 mins and then slice the bag open and continue cooking till browned.
