Jungle stew

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Onions -- chopped
1 \N Green Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
1 \N Clove Garlic -- minced
¼ cup Vegetable Oil
2 pounds Ground Beef
1 cup Elbow Macaroni -- uncooked
2 cans (15 Oz) Red Beans
2 cans (1 Lb) Tomatoes, Stewed
\N \N Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Saute onions, pepper, and garlic in the oil in a pot until onion is wilted. Add meat and brown. Then add all other ingredients and simmer until macaroni is tender.

Yield 8 servings (for hungry campers).
