Judith's strange upside-down rhubarb cake-like thing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Rhubarb; (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Or more cinnamon
\N \N Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon Flour
3 tablespoons Melted butter
1 cup Flour
½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Melted butter
½ cup Milk

SPRINKLE THIS WITH

IN THIS ORDER

POUR OVER SURFACE

BATTER

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Prepare the following batter: thoroughly grease 8" casserole dish Beat the batter and pour it over rhubarb in pan. Cover. Bake 30 minutes. Reverse onto plate.
