Jim's granola

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | AM Wheat Flakes |
| 1 | cup | AM Barley Flakes |
| 2 | cups | AM Cracked Wheat OR- 7 Grain Cereal |
| 2 | cups | Coconut (optional) |
| 1 | cup | AM Sunflower Seeds |
| 1 | cup | Peanuts |
| 1 | cup | AM Sesame Seeds (Mechanically Hulled) to... |
| 2 | cups | Honey or other sweetener |
| ½ | cup | AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mapleine or vanilla OR- other flavor |
| 1 | cup | Raisins |
| 1 | cup | Dates, chopped |
| 1 | cup | Dried apricots, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Dried pineapple, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Dried papaya, chopped |
| 1 | cup | Almonds, chopped |
| 1 | cup | Pecans, chopped |
| 1 | pack | Banana chips |
Directions
OPTIONAL
Pop popcorn. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil, and flavoring in a separate bowl. Stir honey mixture into dry ingredients. Bake in non-preheated oven at 350 F. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in fruit. Cool.
