2 cups | Honey or other sweetener |
½ cup | AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil |
1 tablespoon | Mapleine or vanilla OR- other flavor |
1 cup | Raisins |
1 cup | Dates, chopped |
1 cup | Dried apricots, chopped |
½ cup | Dried pineapple, chopped |
½ cup | Dried papaya, chopped |
1 cup | Almonds, chopped |
1 cup | Pecans, chopped |
1 pack | Banana chips |
OPTIONAL
Pop popcorn. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil, and flavoring in a separate bowl. Stir honey mixture into dry ingredients. Bake in non-preheated oven at 350 F. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in fruit. Cool.
