Lf granola

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
7 cups Oats (reg. or quick) (up to 8)
1 cup Grape-nuts cereal
1 cup Raisins (up to 2)
½ cup Chopped dates and/or other dried fruits
¼ cup Honey, warmed (up to 1/3)
1 Jar (10 oz) apricot preserves
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cinnamon, optional (up to 2)
½ cup Apple juice, optional (makes it crunchier)

Stir together oats, cereal, raising and dates.

Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and then pour over above mixture.

Spread on 2 cookie sheets sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for about 30 min.

Stir every five min. and change racks. Cool completely before storing.

Notes: I like to leave big clumps in this. It is tasty alone, as cereal, over yogurt, on nf cottage cheese with fruit.
