Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
7cupsOats (reg. or quick) (up to 8)
1cupGrape-nuts cereal
1cupRaisins (up to 2)
½cupChopped dates and/or other dried fruits
¼cupHoney, warmed (up to 1/3)
1Jar (10 oz) apricot preserves
2teaspoonsVanilla
1teaspoonCinnamon, optional (up to 2)
½cupApple juice, optional (makes it crunchier)

Directions

Stir together oats, cereal, raising and dates.

Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and then pour over above mixture.

Spread on 2 cookie sheets sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for about 30 min.

Stir every five min. and change racks. Cool completely before storing.

Notes: I like to leave big clumps in this. It is tasty alone, as cereal, over yogurt, on nf cottage cheese with fruit.
