| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | Jar mincemeat; none such ready to use | |
| 14 | ounces | Sweatened condensed milk |
| 8 | ounces | Green candied cherries halved, 1 cup |
| 8 | ounces | Red candied cherries halved, 1 cup |
| 6 | ounces | Apricots, dried, chopped |
| 6 | ounces | Candied pineapple; chopped |
| 1½ | cup | Pecans; chopped |
Directions
Preheat oven to 300.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan. Combine flour and baking soda. In large bowl, beat eggs, stir in remaining ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool Submitted By LAWRENCE KELLIE On 10-02-94
