1Jar mincemeat; none such ready to use
14ouncesSweatened condensed milk
8ouncesGreen candied cherries halved, 1 cup
8ouncesRed candied cherries halved, 1 cup
6ouncesApricots, dried, chopped
6ouncesCandied pineapple; chopped
cupPecans; chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 300.

Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan. Combine flour and baking soda. In large bowl, beat eggs, stir in remaining ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients.
