Jesse's pepper steak

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Round steak sliced thin
1 tablespoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Butter
3 Cloves garlic; crushed
2 larges Tomatoes; in wedges
1½ cup Beef broth
1 cup Green onions and tops; sliced
2 mediums Green peppers; in strips
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Soy sauce

Sprinkle paprika over steak and brown in skillet in butter. Add garlic and broth and simmer covered for 30 minutes. Add onion and pepper; cover and cook 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce and add to meat mixture. Blend until smooth. Gently stir in tomatoes and heat through.

Serve over rice.
