4 eaches Tb Bacon or sausage drippings
¼ cup Flour
1 cup Water
1 cup Milk

While heating over medium high, add the flour slowly, stirring constantly with spatula. When flour combines with drippings, slowly pour in water and mild combined. Stir constantly. Add remaining ingredients to mixture. Turn heat to high until boiling. When gravy starts to thicken, reduce heat to medium-low. Keep stirring! Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired thickness. Serve hot with biscuits or over meats. Enjoy! - Jeff Duke Submitted By PAT STOCKETT On 10-17-94
