Jasmine rice

2 cups Jasmine Rice
2⅓ cup Water

Put rice in pot and cover with water. Stir well to release starch then drain. Put rice in back and add the amount of water indicated in the ingredients. Cover and bring to boil for 1 minute. Reduce to low and cook 10 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to sit for at least 5 minutes. Gaye Levy
