Yield: 4 Servings
|2 cups||Jasmine rice|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh cilantro; chopped optional|

Rinse rice in cool water and drain.
In a deep saucepan, bring rice and water to a boil over high heat.
Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Fluff rice with a fork, cover and let steam for 10 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
