Japanese beef & noodle stew

Ingredients

| ¼ | pounds | Round beef, cubed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| 1 | pack | Instant ramen noodles |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cold water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Teriyaki sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Red wine |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
Directions
1. Brown beef in butter; set aside.
2. Prepare ramen according to package directions; drain liquid from noodles, reserving hot liquid.
3. Add cornstarch to cold water, stirring until dissolved.
4. Carefully add hot liquid from noodles to cornstarch mixture; heat until mixture becomes thick and glossy.
5. Add teriyaki sauce, wine and ginger to sauce.
6. Combine beef, noodles and sauce; mix well. Serve hot.
