Jane alexander's bluefish and scallions

Measure Ingredient
2 Fillets bluefish (abt, 6 lbs
Ea)
½ cup 3/5 cups soy sauce
½ cup Fresh ginger root, minced
OR
3 tablespoons Ground ginger
½ cup Scallion, chopped

Marinate fillet is soy sauce for 10 minutes each side. Rub flesh with ginger and scallions. Place fillets in greased baking dish. Pour soy sauce over fillets. Bake in preheat 30 degree oven 20 minutes, or until done.
