Savory bluefish chowder

| 1 | each | onion, medium |
| 4 | cups | milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter |
| 1 | cup | cracker crumbs |
| 1½ | teaspoon | salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | pepper |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | summer savory |
| ¼ | teaspoon | thyme |
Directions
Boil the fish and onion together in a small quantity of water. When finished, mash the onion and fish together in a baking dish. Cover liberally with cracker crumbs and pieces of butter. Bake to a golden brown, adding more milk if a soft softer mixture is desired.
