Jan's ff multigrain pancakes

¼cupQuinoa flour
½cupBarley flour
½cupCorn meal
3teaspoonsBaking powder
1Scant tsp salt
6Egg whites or 2 tb Just Whites and 6 tb water
½cupApple sauce
2cupsOat milk or rice or soy
1tablespoonHoney or Sucannat
cupFresh blueberries (mix in last)

Directions
