Pineapple chicken - for the holiday's

Ingredients

| 3 | pounds | Chicken peices (up to 3-1/2) |
| Salt | ||
| Pepper | ||
| Paprika | ||
| 1 | can | (10 oz) consomme |
| 1 | can | (19 oz) pineabble chunks; drained |
| ½ | cup | Diced green pepper |
| ½ | cup | Diced red pepper |
| 1 | cup | Sliced mushrooms |
| 3 | tablespoons | Soya sauce. |
Directions
Place chicken, skin side down on pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lot's of paprika. Add consomme.
Cover and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Turn skin side up. Add pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, and soya sauce. Continue baking, covered until chicken is fork tender. Uncover and bake until brown.
