Jamaican banana jam

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Orange juice
½ cup Lime juice
½ cup Water
2 cups Sugar
5 larges Ripe bananas, thinly sliced

Yields enough to fill six 8-ounce jars.

1. In a large, heavy saucepan combine all ingredients, except bananas, and bring to a boil over medium heat.

2. Add bananas and lower heat to a simmer, stirring regularly until mixture is thick.

3. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars and seal immediately according to instructions accompanying your particular type of canning jars.
