Caribbean bananas

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter
4 mediums Bananas
⅓ cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Ground allspice
¼ cup Light rum

Place butter in square baking dish. Heat at 350* until melted; rotate dish to coat bottom. Cut bananas crosswise into halves; cut each half lengthwise into halves. Place cut side down in baking dish. Mix brown sugar, lemon juice and allspice; drizzle over butter. Bake uncovered 15 min. Heat rum until warm; ignite and pour over bananas.
