Spanish tomato sauce

16ouncesTomatoes; Undrained -- 1
Can
6ouncesTomato Paste -- 1 Can
1teaspoonSugar
½teaspoonDried Oregano Leaves --
Crushed
½teaspoonPepper
1dashSalt

Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until the onion and green pepper are finely chopped. Simmer, covered, in a saucepan for 30 minutes. Serve over meat or fish.

Makes 3 cups.
