Spanish tomato sauce

Ingredients

| ¼ | small | Green Pepper | 
| ½ | small | Garlic Clove | 
| 16 | ounces | Tomatoes; Undrained -- 1 |

| 6 | ounces | Tomato Paste -- 1 Can | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried Oregano Leaves -- | 
| Crushed | ||
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| 1 | dash | Salt | 
Directions
Put all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until the onion and green pepper are finely chopped.  Simmer, covered, in a saucepan for 30 minutes.  Serve over meat or fish. 
Makes 3 cups.
