Italian diet chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Broiler; 2-1/2 lbs, cut in pieces
1 \N Bottle Italian salad dressing
1 cup Bread crumbs
\N \N Salt and pepper

Salt and pepper chicken. Dip in dressing, then in bread crumbs. Place pieces in baking dish. Pour remaining dressing over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve over rice.

Serves 4-6.
