Yield: 4 Servings
|1||Broiler; 2-1/2 lbs, cut in pieces|
|1||Bottle Italian salad dressing|
|1 cup||Bread crumbs|
|Salt and pepper|
Salt and pepper chicken. Dip in dressing, then in bread crumbs. Place pieces in baking dish. Pour remaining dressing over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve over rice.
