Italian chicken breasts

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Grated Parmesan & Romano cheeses; mixed
¼ cup Dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
¼ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
6 Boneless; skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
2 tablespoons Butter; melted

HEAT oven to 400°F. Grease bottom of 15x10x1-inch baking pan. MIX cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in butter; coat with cheese mixture.

Place in prepared pan.

BAKE 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Makes 6 servings.

Spicy Variation: Substitute ⅛ to ¼ tsp. ground red pepper for black pepper.
