Italian chicken with vegetables

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Green pepper; chopped |
| ½ | cup | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | pack | Frozen mixed vegetables; (10 oz) |
| 1 | Jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms, (7 3/4 oz) | |
| ¼ | cup | Dry white wine |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Basil |
| 2 | cups | Diced cooked chicken |
Directions
Combine green pepper, onion, butter and frozen mixed vegetables in a 3 quart casserole. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high (100%) 8 minutes, stirring half way through the cooking time. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave at high (1 00%) until bubbly and heated through, 5 to 7 minutes. Serve over hot rice or noodles. Makes 6 servings.
