Italian baked fish

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Flounder or sole fillets
3 tablespoons Low-cal Italian dressing
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped. Each Serving: 154 Calories, 29g Protein, 2g Fat, 3g Carbohydrates, 427mg Sodium, and 85mg Cholesterol.
