|3 tablespoons||Low-cal Italian dressing|
|3 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|3 tablespoons||Worchestershire sauce|
|⅛ teaspoon||Garlic powder|

Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
