Italian corn crusted baked fish

1 | tablespoon | Thyme or oregano |
1 | pounds | Haddock, sole or cod |

Salt & pepper (1/2 tsp. ea) |
Directions
Mix tomatoes, garlic, oil & thyme in bottom of baking dish. Dip fish in cornmeal & place in dish. Bake at 450 for 20-26 minutes. Top with cheese.
