Indian spice mix

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Curry powder
2 tablespoons Cumin
1 tablespoon Turmeric
2 teaspoons Grated lemon rind (dried)
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon Ground cloves

Combine all. Store in airtight container. Yields ⅔ cup.

Mixes can be stored for up to three months. For longer storage, freeze.
