Indian rice with buttermilk

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Cold Cooked Rice
1 cup Buttermilk
1 \N Clove Garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Hot Chili Peppers; minced
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro; chopped
\N \N Salt; to taste

Combine ingredients in bowl. Add more buttermilk if rice does not hold together. Press in a pan; chill. Cut into squares and serve cold.

NOTES : A cold rice made in India for picnics.
