Indian rice casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Hamburger |
| ½ | medium | Onion; diced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| ½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ½ | teaspoon | Coriander |
| ½ | teaspoon | Turmeric |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | dash | Salt |
| 1 | medium | Tomato; chopped |
| 1 | can | Corn; drained |
Directions
Saute ground beef and onion in shortening; add spices, simmer. Drain corn, add it and tomato to beef mixture. Simmer until warm throughout. Serve with rice.
