1 pack | (5.5 oz) au gratin mix |
1½ cup | Beef broth |
⅔ cup | Water |
⅔ cup | Milk |
2 tablespoons | Tomato paste |
½ teaspoon | Lemon rind |
This is a very rich recipe, sometimes a tad greasy, but the taste is wonderful.
In medium skillet cook bacon til lightly brown. Add onion, celery adn carrot, cook til tender. Stir in ground beef and cook til brown. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boiling.
