Strawberry ice cream sandwich

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Reduced fat artificially sweetened ice cream sandwich; halved horizontally
2 tablespoons Fruit-sweetened strawberry jam
¼ cup Fat-free whipped topping
¼ cup Sliced fresh strawberries

Directions

Place one half of the ice cream sandwich on a serving plate. Spread 2 tablespoons of the strawberry jam on top. Place the other sandwich half on top of the jam. Cover the top and sides evenly with the whipped topping.

Garnish with the sliced strawberries and serve immediately.
