Measure Ingredient
1 quart Half and Half; plus
3 cups Half and Half
1½ cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Vanilla
2 \N Eggs
¼ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Rock salt
\N \N Ice cream freezer

Beat eggs. Add sugar, half and half, vanilla, salt. Mix together.

Freeze in ice cream freezer.

Yield 2½ quarts.
