3 \N | Cucumbers; Thinly sliced |
1 cup | Sugar |
\N \N | Salt |
½ cup | Vinegar |
\N \N | Sour cream ( optional ) |
1 teaspoon | Paprika |
\N \N | Black pepper; to taste |
1. Place thinly sliced cucumbers in a bowl, scrub them with the salt and sugar.
2 .Let stand overnight in the fridge.
3. Squeeze out all the liquid.
4. Add vinegar, pepper.
5. Serve sprinkled with paprika and a little sour cream.
