|3 \N||Cucumbers; Thinly sliced|
|\N \N||Sour cream ( optional )|
|\N \N||Black pepper; to taste|
1. Place thinly sliced cucumbers in a bowl, scrub them with the salt and sugar.
2 .Let stand overnight in the fridge.
3. Squeeze out all the liquid.
4. Add vinegar, pepper.
5. Serve sprinkled with paprika and a little sour cream.
