Hovis bread (yeast free)

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Whole wheat flour |
| 1½ | cup | White flour |
| 1 | cup | Wheat germ or bran |
| 4 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 1 | cup | Cold pressed oil (???) |
| 2⅓ | cup | Water |
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil and water and mix. Use ¼ cup more water if dough to stiff. Bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes.
