Directions
In a pot bring 1 quart water to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately add loose tea. Stir, cover and let steep 5 minutes. Stir again and strain tea into a pitcher filled with 1 quart cold water. Chill and serve in ice-filled glasses, garnished with lemon slices.
Yield: 2 quarts
